1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of iMplayer IPTV ("iMplayer IPTV", "we", "us", "our"), including our website at implayer-iptv.com, our WhatsApp, Telegram and email support channels, and the premium IPTV streaming subscription service we provide (collectively, the "Service"). By purchasing a subscription, activating a trial, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the Service.
2. Description of Service
iMplayer IPTV is a subscription-based IPTV streaming service. We provide our customers with access to a curated library of live television channels, video-on-demand movies and series, and an electronic program guide (EPG), delivered via IPTV-compatible applications such as IPTV Smarters Pro, IBO Player, TiviMate, and similar Xtream Codes / M3U-compatible players.
iMplayer IPTV is a distributor of access to the platform and to customer support. We do not personally host, produce, or own the underlying audiovisual content that is streamed through the Service. Availability of specific channels, movies, or series may vary and is not guaranteed at all times.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase or use iMplayer IPTV. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
4. Subscriptions, Pricing & Payment
iMplayer IPTV offers Bronze, Gold, Platinum, and Exclusive subscription plans of varying durations, with optional add-ons including additional simultaneous connections and a Premium Server tier. Prices are displayed in USD and are subject to change at any time without prior notice; changes will not affect a subscription already purchased for its current billing period.
We accept payment via Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, wire transfer, select cryptocurrencies (BTC, USDT), Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All payments are processed in USD. Orders are typically confirmed and activated through WhatsApp, Telegram, or our order system, and credentials are issued after payment is confirmed.
5. Activation & Delivery
Activation is generally instant and credentials (including your app download link, M3U or Xtream Codes login, or portal URL) are typically delivered within 5 minutes of confirmed payment. Delivery times may occasionally be longer during periods of high demand. It is your responsibility to provide accurate contact information (WhatsApp number, Telegram handle, or email address) so that your credentials can be delivered.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for personal, non-commercial, lawful purposes. You agree not to:
- Share, resell, sublicense, or redistribute your credentials or access to third parties without our written permission;
- Attempt to circumvent, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Service's security, servers, or infrastructure;
- Use the Service in a manner that violates applicable local, state, national, or international law;
- Exceed the number of simultaneous connections associated with your plan.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be in violation of this section without refund.
7. Content Disclaimer & Third-Party Responsibility
iMplayer IPTV does not host, upload, or control the audiovisual streams accessible through the Service. Legality of use may vary by jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Service complies with the copyright and broadcasting laws applicable in your country of residence.

8. Service Availability & Refunds
While we work to maintain stable, high-uptime servers, occasional interruptions, maintenance windows, or channel outages may occur and are not guaranteed to be uninterrupted or error-free. If we are unable to get iMplayer IPTV working on your device within 24 hours of activation, you are entitled to a full refund under the terms described in our Refund Policy.
9. Intellectual Property
The iMplayer IPTV name, logo, website design, and related branding are the property of iMplayer IPTV and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written consent. All third-party trademarks referenced on this site (including device and app names) belong to their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, iMplayer IPTV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of enjoyment, or third-party claims. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for your current subscription period.

You may stop using the Service at any time; subscription fees already paid are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation in the first instance.
